Ordering
We supply our lamb, hogget or mutton as either a half or a whole carcass. This is butchered and packed ready for you to pick up your box from Denmark Butchers in Denmark or by arrangement with your butcher in Perth. We are able to sell our meat at very good prices because we are not relying on a "middle man".
Every animal that is slaughtered has a native to the area tree or shrub planted somewhere on the farm to represent their life and to assist with regeneration of this wonderful farm's remnant bush lands.
